Responsibilities:
To administer and configure infrastructure system and application (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup etc), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
To ensure systems are backup automatically, recovery plans, disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.
To liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met.
To draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
To provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
To work independently for L1/L2 Support and also as a team lead/member in the assigned projects.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology OR/AND Certification in CCNA.
Proficient in enterprise networking including implementing and supporting WAN, LAN, VPN optimization.
Proficiency in administering Microsoft Server 2012 onwards, Microsoft 365 and its associated products, Google and its associated products.
Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall.
Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller.
Good knowledge in CyberRisk and CyberSecurity, including PDPA is preferred.
Experience in Veeam/VM Ware, possess UNIX and/or Linux knowledge will be an added advantage.
Experience in API/Web Programming and/or Database Administration will be an added advantage.

The Job
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and be responsible for the sales of a range of automotive products such as lubricant oil and batteries for Singapore market as well as performing other marketing related activities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
To secure sales for new accounts of car and motorcycle workshops
To promote automotive lubricant oil and battery products
To plan and execute marketing programmes (including roadshow and trade fair) as required
To assist in order planning and liaising with suppliers
To visit workshops to continually prospect and qualify new customers
Requirement:
Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in any discipline
At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or FMCG. Those with at least 1 year in lubricant oil trade / automotive spare parts are highly preferred
Must possess Class 3 driving licence (auto/manual)
Company van will be provided for candidate without own vehicle / Transport allowance will be given if candidate possess own vehicle
Must possess good negotiation skills with customer and results oriented attributes
